Our Process is Simple:

Option 1 - For our nationwide customers not local to the Orlando FL area, our website is the best recommendation. Of course, you will have the opportunity to speak to a live representative or through our online chat to fine tune any final coordination of your order. Through this channel orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3 to 5 business days with no shipping if the shipping minimum requirement is reached. Free shipping mimium varies by Zones. Zone 1 - $1000, Zone 2 - $2,000 and Zone 3 - $3,350 These new rates take effect July 1st 2024. See Zone Map below.

Option 2 - Businesses local to the Orlando FL area (option 1 also available) – Are you a small business not able to meet free shipping minimum requirements but would love to enjoy the benefit of free shipping? then this option is perfect for you. Simply tell us your product needs and give us an idea of your usage over a specified period. We would be able to bulk transfer from our main distribution centers to our local Orlando location all the products reserved for you. A 50% credit card hold is required on all orders being transferred to ensure only serious customers are participating in this program.

You are also required to make a payment of $35 handling charge as a contribution towards covering the labor and incidentals each time a transfer is done on your behalf. This is an additional cost to the product being transferred for you. We can also deliver the goods transferred for you to your local verified commercial business address for a flat $50 fee.

Option 3 - Businesses local to the Orlando FL area - FLAT RATE SHIPPING $14.99 to $19.99

If you place an order online and choose our address (43 Drennen Road, Orlando, FL 32806) as your shipping address to receive your order, you may be able to choose the flat rate shipping option. Flat rate shipping is available only on certain items. The maximum order total cannot exceed $500. Please speak with a representative to assist you further.
