Shipping
All orders are shipped prepaid via best way and charges will be invoiced to you. We
ship by the most economical method. We use UPS whenever possible. Large
orders or orders that exceed UPS weight or size limits will ship via Common Carrier. Free shipping for orders exceeding the shipping minimum of $2,500.
Customer Pickup
We have a local pickup option available at our Orlando location (43 Drennen Rd. Orlando FL 32806). This is for registered customers (you have created an online account) ONLY, who have coordinated orders with a customer service representative such that the orders are confirmed to be at the location for pickup after been transferred from our major distribution centers.
We will initiate a credit card hold in the amount of 50% of the value of your order that is being transferred as a deposit towards your purchase. This deposit hold serves as a guarantee to us that customers are serious in their intent to purchase all the items transferred on their behalf.
All local order pickups are free of shipping charges, however, there is a onetime goods transfer fee of $35 to cover labor and handling cost each time a transfer is done on your behalf. In cases where customers prefer that we complete their local delivery, there will be a flat $50 delivery charge in the Orlando area. We will only deliver to a verified commercial address in this case.
Returns

responsible for freight charges on canceled orders.
Damage items
Customers may receive a credit to their account of all items damaged during shipping. Damage must be reported within four (4) days of receipt of said items along with picture evidence of the condition the products were in at the time of receipt from the carriers.
Pricing
While we try to maintain prices on our products, occasionally, due to market conditions
and other circumstances beyond our control, pricing may change without notice.
Minimum Order
Unique Global Packaging does not have a minimum dollar order. Items may have a minimum
quantity they must be purchased in.
